Mike began competing in Hyrox in 2024 and qualified for Worlds in 2025 and 2026. He’s been a member of OTM community since 2015 and is a 3X Crossfit Regional Team Competitor. Mike grew up in Homewood and played baseball at Samford. He has a passion for showing people the possibilities of increasing our fitness level as we grow older.
